At Mobiloft LLC, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read through our Return Policy below. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return for most items purchased from mobiloftllc.com. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) when requesting a return.

Note: Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item.

Please ensure the return item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing Time: It may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer you a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.

To report a damaged or defective item, please send us the following information:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

  • A description of the issue

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)


7. International Returns
