Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

- Item Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and unopened box. This includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any promotional items included with the purchase.
- Proof Of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, receipt, or invoice, is required for all returns.
- Free Returns: We will cover the cost of return shipping, so you can return your items at no additional charge.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.
How to Return an Item:

- Package The Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected during transit. Include all original accessories, tags and original documentation.
- Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it and attach it to the package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location, following the instructions in your return authorization email.
Refund Process:
Inspection:
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Refund:
After inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive the refund after 7 business days, please contact us, and we will investigate with your payment provider.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not accept exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for any replacement items.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

Cancelling an Order:

In case the order cancellation option is not visible, then you may reach out to us either by phone, email, or live chat to request for the order cancellation. If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible. If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.
Non-Returnable Items:
