1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays in the UAE).
Orders placed after business hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via phone or email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Local Delivery (within UAE):
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping:
Currently, we offer shipping to select countries. Delivery times and charges will vary based on the destination.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as courier delays, customs processing, and external factors may affect delivery schedules.
3. Delivery Methods
We work with trusted local and international courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking information.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full residential or business address for delivery.
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on UAE laws or destination country regulations (for international orders).
In case your location is considered “remote” by the courier service, additional delivery charges may apply. We will inform you before processing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
6. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package:
Our courier partner will make up to two (2) delivery attempts.
After unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged item(s).
We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
